Devin HAS been a star for a while. He was injured and sat out last year so they could tank effectively, and since then he has been on fire. Yeah he's not 100% consistent YET. But he's 23 years old entering his prime and he will get better as he's working with KD in the off season

First off the Spurs are no where near the worst team in the league. Second of all, he scores more in other teams. But in the Spurs he plays a team game where he gets virtually 0 iso plays called for him. Wemby as the next great spurs center, then we got vassell who is a big threat from mid to long range, sochan as the next rodman and KJ who can be a 6MOTY contender scoring threat of the bench. he still takes some really bad shots though, and does a lot of ball watching from the 3pt line on offense most games, far from a star yet and very overpaid atm... lets hope he grows or he'll be another murray pretty much.
