Then you should watch a different sport. That's all a part of the game, and has been since the beginning. Sliding the elbow back and forth is a matter of obtaining leverage and isolating certain (weaker) muscles in the opponents' arm. The body twisting happens because these guys are so in tune with how best to gain an advantage, while also avoiding massive injuries. That's how you see backyard arm wrestlers getting broken arms, because they are morons who try to remain perfectly still.

This is Devon after his left hand surgery when he weighed around 220lbs instead of super heavy weight for 6' 5" inches he is skinny now he's about 270 lbs with juice he's 295l

Denis, Devon och Travis är bland de bästa brytarna som någonsin levt. De väger också mellan 110-140Kg. Niklas skulle inte ha den minsta chans mot någon av dessa.

If the game were just about standing still and pulling with just the arms, then any power-lifting idiot could dominate this sport. Thankfully, and as with all sports. there are a plethora of subtle nuances, strategies, endurance, and mind games involved.
