You can see how confident and comfortable Devon feels now around all of these top tier athletes. In the past when he first met Levan, pulled Cyplenkov and was practicing with Laletin he was visibly uneasy. It was like he felt the doesn’t belongs there, but not anymore.

In a casual pull he did with Vitaley about 3-4 years ago it really gave the impression that Devon felt overwhelmed with his strength. Now Devon's body is used to being 280-290lb. His body is much thicker now compared to back in like 2017.

Vitaly's physique and height remind me a bit of Randy Matson's, the first shot putter over 70 feet and Olympic Silver medalist in '64 and Gold medalist in '68. Too, while Randy was still in college at Texas A&M, he threw the discus 213'9" which was just a few inches shy of the then world record. Guys like Vitaly, Devon and several of the other tall dudes in this video bring a ton of functional leverage to the table.

Having only just started watching arm wrestling i see devon really understands that 90/95% of your grip comes from the little finger. For those that dont believe me put your index finger ACROSS a friends palm and ask them to squeeze as hard as possible and release. Now with your other hand straighten out the little finger keeping hold of it and squeeze your finger once again. You should now realise very little power and grip in your hand. Conclusion: train little finger to lift weight to strengthen grip even more. Please feel free to leave feed back even if its not positive, i am big enough to take it.

Then holding thier little finger out straight ask them to grip your index finger finger agin but they will only be gripping with 3 fingers as youre hold thier little finger straight. The grip without the little finger is almost non existent.

I feel like you are putting a lot of focus this time around on the main event guys Devon and Genadi. Especially Devon. There's a few interviews and such with the other guys, but it's getting lost in all the videos of Devon and Genadi from this channel and Engin's channel. I notice this, as the "main event" is not my main event. But I guess it's a good way to get the Devon Larratt fans hyped for the event, as they are the ones that are most reluctant to actually buy the PPV. I have already bought the PPV, so in a sense you don't need to hype it anymore for fans like me.

The UFC operates fine without Conor MacGregor but when Conor fights UFC is going to highlight him big time because it generates PPVs. Same deal here. Also Devon does more than his fair share promoting other armwrestlers in these videos so it seems focusing on the main event is just smart business. Devon is also not the attention hog Conor is, he’s actually pretty magnanimous.
