As a kid growing up, the drink Devon makes in the the vid, was always known as "Irish Moss" (my family is Jamaican). Lot's of historical links between the two countries. Many Irish were sent to Jamaica and the Caribbean, by Cromwell in the 17th century.

You don't have to boil it in hot water! boil water then put Sea-Moss in hot water- let it soak for 45 mins- strain it then put it in your container with holes in the lid and refrigerate it...That's how you do sea moss!
