I believe the one at 6:00 was a poke at the fact that Valve doesn't really do much to stop the bots. Essentially the soldier that shrugged and kept reading was supposed to be Valve doing nothing after the single implementation, which is shown as that metal detector, resulting in bots slipping through and wreaking havoc in servers.
