Hi Abhishek, Belated happy bday wishes. Thanks for the wonderful and insightful podcasts. One observation is that in many DevOps-related videos or podcasts, the testing aspect is often overlooked. I'm interested in understanding more about testing in the CI pipeline-covering unit tests, integration tests, etc. Additionally, insights into the testing process once deployed to the QA environment, whether it's fully automated and what percentage involves manual testing in QA and pre-production. I would love to see a podcast discussing these insights. It would provide a comprehensive understanding of how testing has evolved and its role within the DevOps pipeline to accelerate software deliveries.

Hi, until unless for deployment do CI also need to check in all envs.bcz we get same image in all jenkins servers.because since same jenkins in all envs..whats the major difference comes..?and give some clarity plz about CI..for deployment we need to check in all env's thats ok.CI?

Abhishek.. thanks for this videos. I wanted to ask one thing .. suppose I am deploying an application through helm charts .. and I have to deploy it to 100 clients in production .. let’s say there are variables in values.yaml for eg I am setting up an env variable and that is different for these 100 clients .. similarly there are 40-50 other variables which are different for these clients .. how do I manage this scenario? Currently we have these variables in octopus and during deployment we pass it using octopus variable scoping where I can set values for different clients .. but problem with octopus is that it doesn’t make it single point of truth as there are lot of places where these variables comes up. How do I organise this in git.

If DevOps engineers don't have access to the kubernetes clusters and have to request access, then who creates the VPC, subnets, clusters, namespace, etc?
@AbhishekVeeramalla11 ай бұрын
A new member in the team might not have access but senior members in the team have access and they create the architecture
