There is a question like your creating infra in terraform without tf backend block what happens if tf state life is deleted how to restore...

Thank you for the question Backup should be created of tfstate file , incase backup is not there then changes have to be done manually , you can do Terraform plan and do changes or do Terraform import Let me know if I'm correct or not

Use and if it is a small number of resources run it as run time command (syntax - terraform import resource_type.resource_name resource_id). if it has a large number of resources pass it on script then give file permission and run the script.

Networking and cyber security you can explore those are in demands too..if you have interest in this Devops doesn't require much coding but still knowledge of shell scripting and python is required, DSA is not so important You can even explore Cloud Engineer jobs that don't require much coding , you have to manage infra using cloud If you want to switch domain from technical to non technical that also you can do if you have interest in management
