Psalm 139 was given to me on March 13, 1998, the day we left Providence Portland Hospital for (we thought was) the last time after a 37 day stay for our precious 20yr. old daughter Desiree. She lost her battle of a rare Cancer. A diagnosis we had for only 25 days. That was the day’s devotional that I had not taken with me. We lived in that hospital the entire stay. Psalm 139 also sustained me when four weeks later our 22 yr. old daughter was admitted in the same hospital. Same hospital, same drs. same biopsy, different rare diagnosis. Jehovah Raffa held me, sustained me loved me intensely and even gave me opportunities to be a witness of His amazing love. YAHWEH’s WORD is life altering, sustaining and encouraging.
