This is one of the few stories I pretty much binge watch and even stayed awake to listen to. I love the MC, I kinda like his way of doing revenge too or indirectly affects them. He kinda just sits by and lets the world take revenge for him. His focus is the quiet life and making money. I definitely need a part 2 ASAP

Honestly, the two sisters especially are horrible, especially the younger one, who is a poison user (gave MC poison that is “non-lethal” but excruciatingly painful to endure) *Edit, they’re all bad, the 4th sister (Jun Ziyue) is the worst. Literally hates MC for no legit reason, Jun Yenxin(Wenxin?Idk) aka the poison user is second worst (backstory: she fcn made MC shit himself in public while blackmailing him from speaking up, using poison to cause it, resulting in the father beating the shet out of him when they returned)

A cultivation world with a emperor who doesn't believe superstition and supernatural things like dragon veins? These stories of the abused MC are always the same, in order to make the MC suffer injustices, they lower the IQ of the people around him to the bottom, they are all powerful and wise for everything else but when it comes to the MC, all their wisdom becomes cruelty and stupidity, I guess that's a exaggeration to showcase what prejudice does to people...

this is exactly what i’ve been waiting for but hrs & hrs in and this idiot mc character has yet to even grown a pair. what kind of story would make the mc a hero at first and righteous enough to leave but cowardly to the extreme to hide and act like a wimp whenever any jun member humiliated him. boring to not see any revenge or atleast be a bit petty for revenge. it’s a story not a boring cultivating bible

​@@MexicanGoku55dude, have you listened to the story at all? This story isn't about revenge, or at least indirect revenge. The MC doesn't want to waste time and energy on such a family. He's doing his own thing and he is staying out of it because the family and kingdom are gonna realize how important he was. Over and Over, the MC builds connections that would've benefited the family if he was still there and that is a different sort of revenge. Plus, it's not hiding exactly if your family is very strong. Do you think the MC would be powerful enough to deal with his dad. If his Dad or even sisters found out his location, do you think he would be able to resist. So hes building his strength and like it says he's gonna let them fall on their own swords. This story is unique and awesome. I don't know what's wrong with you people.

He doesn't have to. How far along in the story have you gotten? Normally I don't mind revenge but the fact that the kingdom is falling apart and the family is suffering, indirectly because of his connections. Spoiler: One of the Sisters, suffers an abusive husband because the husband found out what she did and because the MC saved his Father or Uncle, who ordered him to do it. I find this refreshing. This is the difference between Eastern revenge and Western. Western revenge is guns blazing, killing and fighting. Eastern Revenge is much more devastating. It's like setting up dominos piece by piece, giving a little push and letting everything fall about. Plus the MC already gave the first push by leaving. Now the kingdom is falling apart and because his family can't find him, therefore, force him back. As long as he stays hidden and continues to be awesome, hes taking Revenge. Also this is the world of Cultivation, it is far more brutal. One of the sisters already said that when the MC comes back, the younger brother will have a puppet. 😢 Don't you get it, they will turn him into a puppet, all they need is his body to have the dragon qi, anything else is free game. Wouldn't you be hiding too especially when your family is stronger than you. Please if this story is too slow for you, then pick a western one
