It's the NEO CITY concert, and he was basically dancing and singing/rapping during the whole thing except for 2 songs, but he did amazing and he said that he is the happiest when he's on stage, so don't worry :)

I think because they are dancing on a monving and rotating platform and it will tilt to a certain degree at sometimes also. That's why they seems a bit more careful when dancing.
