DevPro - Lullaby of Obedience Horakhty OTK (No longer possible)

Quite possibly the simplest way to summon Horakhty, and with only two cards, (given your opponent activates Lullaby of Obedience). Present Exchange will give your opponent Lullaby, while Engraver of the Mark changes the name called by the opponent to Horakhty, allowing you to special it from the deck, ignoring summoning conditions for the easy win.
By using a deck of relatively generic monsters, your opponent has plenty of reason to use Lullaby of Obedience. In addition, by making those generic monsters Dark, Creeping Darkness allows you to search Engraver of The Mark with relative ease.
Cards like Magical Mallet ensure that your Horakhty and Lullabies stay in the deck, while draw traps ensure you hit Present Exchange.

is there a way to force your opp to activate lullaby? I played several test duels with this deck, but despite having the setup several times, none of my opponents would actually use it.

No way to force them to activate Lullaby unfortunately. When this card was announced and I got this idea, I was hoping I could use Lullaby and then Refpanel it to force the opponent to activate it, but that doesn't work. When I was recording for the video, there were definitely a lot of times when I had to kind of coax the opponent into activating it through the chat lol

weirdly enough if you have a wild monster appears, horakhty, and cost down you can do the same thing. Not as cool though.

Unfortunately, a wild monster appears can only special monsters whose Original* level is 10 or less. A 3 and a half "I win" combo would outclass Exodia.

There's no combo that can lead to Horakhty being in your opponent's deck. Lullaby + Horakhty is an impossible win condition after the text update to Lullaby.

At the time of making this video, I was the winner - since Lullaby says the opponent summons the monster. However, the ruling changed following this video, so the opponent (person playing Lullaby) will win now.

is there a card that can put horakhty in your opponent's deck? if so then you still do this despite the rule change. only thing is they get to choose hand or field, but pretty sure if you have mistake they can't choose hand so they have to choose field.

Unfortunately there isn't a card that can duo that. They would have to already have horakhty.

What can be done, however, is give it to your opponent with Present Exchange, then shuffle it into your opponent's deck with something like Durendal. After that, all you need is Lullaby.

That won't work. Cards given by exchange and present exchange are still consisted yours. So when it's shuffled it goes back to your deck, not theirs.

I think is a bug,u change only the name declared by opponent ,tecnically opponent summon horocracy,in any case this is a stupid deck becouse if opponent is smart dont use obbedience and if people learn lose in this way select add to hand horocracy no sp summon.

Crow Hogan Crow Hogan you should learn for rad the cards. Whoever summons Creator God wins the duel. Lullaby of Obedience forces your opponent to either place a card in your hand or it forces them to summon the card to your field. This deck is a counter to anyone who runs Lullaby.

In fairness, on the release of the video, the card rulings were interpreted differently than they are now. A later ruling issued that this does not work - the one who activates Lullaby does win. However the card text implies otherwise, which is why before this ruling was issued - Devpro supported the idea that Horakhty would give me the win, rather than the player using Lullaby. It's true that this deck no longer works. But that doesn't mean it wasn't fun while it was still around.

GCD just curious, what about using a deck that gives Horakhty to your opponent through exchange, then using distrirbance strategy to shuffle it into their deck, then using Lullaby of Obedience while you control Thunder King Rai-Oh? Would that work?
