I tried this bread recipe today without bread improver or wheat gluten, the result is awesome, had tried most of the bread recipes but this recipe is the best, thanks Dev Sir.

सर आप मेरे गुरु हो, मैने कल ही बनाया था ये ब्रेड, मगर पावर कट की वजह से 29 मिनट ही बेक हो पाया था, फिर भी ये पूरी तरह पक चुका था. बहुत कमाल की बनी थी सर. 6 महीने से यूट्यूब देख कर hit and trail कर रहा था. बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद सर.

Baked the bread today..it turned awesome..waiting for the bread to cool down. The measurements given helped a lot. Thank you chef. I am so happy it worked. I would say it’s a perfect healthy bread recepie. The gluten really helped a lot chef. My bread dough weighed 511gms. I don’t know why chef. While making the dough.. it went little dry . Little bit of water I added to make it little sticky otherwise it came out well. Waiting to taste it chef. Thank you..👌👌👏👏

I have made sandwich bread twice,it comes out soft and tasty,all the ingredients you have given with measurements I have used,but the bread slices are small not the size of the box height like you show in the picture.I use Fortune maida. The bread is very soft though.

Chef aapki is recipe ko 100 % follow karke bread banayi jo ki perfect bani, maine pehle bhi bread bhut baar banayi hai par humari ye bread off white kyu banti hai, bazaar jaise pure white kyu nhi banti.....kya karein jo pure white bread bane. Dear Shivanjali ji, ghar me jab hum breads banate hain to wo thoda yellowish rahegi. wo natural colour hain maide ka. commercial bread process me machines ka istamal hota hain aur air incorporation vigorous hota hain . usse bread white hoti hain. Commercial bread banate waqt usme bleaching agents add kiye jate hain ( clorine dioxide / Benzoyl Peroxide) .Usse bhi bread ekdam white dikhti hain ye wellowish colour uska natural hain ghar me bread banate waqt, aur wo accha hain 😊
