All the cosmic kids love purple. I always thought I loved purple because I'm an Aquarius, but I've realized that the common thread among people who love purple is a sort of far-off gaze and expansive energy.. :) When I feel stuck in my soulless office work, I put on purple eyeshadow to remind me of my non-office self hah. I was there,in 1979 I brought back beautiful long vintage maxi dresses plus a purple scarf w a flower (gorge) which I bought I beautiful straw sorta floppy style hat styled the scarf round it! There was iother pieces natch but I'm also Wiccan also Boho as Stevie) so I'm not evil good graces good vibes! Yes watch ppl at your party!!! As someone who also lives in vintage clothes but is slowly delving into Lolita stuff, the fact that you found body line at the thrift is so wild to me! I go to anime conventions and plan on making my own Lolita JSK, but it’s such an interesting community from looking on it for so long on the outside. I think delving into various, vastly diverse styles is super fun and it keeps me inspired!

I did Broadway Roulette in NYC and got tickets for cheap- but the cons are that it’s kinda sketchy and also the tickets I got were for School of Rock which fucking sucked. You don’t get to pick what you want to see when you do the ticket roulette but at least it’s a cheap option you can consider
