Ah the video brings back so many memories. Whoever appeared in the video was something in Indonesia at the time it was released, that's why the video is 'strange' and 'weird'. It tried to tone the music and lyrics into a more comedic vibe (instead of sultry vibe, which the lyrics are meant to be).

Its right if you feel theres something strange or diffrent with this one. Because the music has the touch of another music genre... the dangdut. In fact, you can hear the dangdut-rock style from the beginning untill the end, and especially the woman vocal (thats the exact dangdut kind of vocal) and also the second verse sung by the guy. The drum and the tamborine accentuate the dangdut. Dangdut is one of common folk music genre in indo. Fits so well in indonesian ears.
