I'd love to get a comparison between this 60v string trimmer and the Dewalt 20v string trimmer. I realize there must be a power difference, but I'm wondering what exactly the 20v can't do that the 60v can. Like you cut some tree shoots with the 60v, which is nice. Can the 20v do that?

I haven't had my hands on the 20 volt option to test it yet. My assumption would be less high end torque and less battery life. The 20 volt should work well for general trimming work.

Had mine for over four years, still going great. Clean around the motor vents with a stiff brush and, DON'T use on wet grass.

Mine just got the motor burned up Make sure to buy the warranty on the store beacuse now is through dewalt and is a very bad contumer service

Ours just died. The motors overheat and implode. Its fairly common. I think its down to wiring connections in the control end. Poor connections cause shorts. A week after warranty ended. Planned obselesence.
