My good known working charger shows a brief solid red that dims for my flex volt that tests last manual charge ~19V. The thermistor check seems spot on. So will have to open up and I guess if all the connections are good, individually charge each cell so to balance as I guess there are cells going bad and losing balance from sitting unused for the last month or two. Oddly, I learned last month my Priuses need to be ran to charge their 12V battery every two to three weeks or those go bad just as fast seems. I'll open my sides up next and inspect for damage and go from there. Thanks for the input.

Hi jafinch78. How's the progress? It sounds like either something is loose, or one of the cells may be damaged. I've had this issue on another one, and managed to replace the cell. Let us know. Thanks:)

Hi @@christopherleja5055. Latest progress is I charged using a hobby charger; which probably isn't a good idea, though appears effective at charging fully. When testing between the different cell voltages at the connection points, I clearly saw that both times I've tested, the cell sections differences equate to the cell sections are not balanced as they read different values that I am guessing are out of the balance specification and that is what is failing the charger test spec and therefore causing the not charging situation. I'll be certain to report back once I open up and see what I observe and test inside. I'll try to document in a YT video on my channel as well, albeit an impromptu production. Thanks for checking in and feel free to keep reminding me. I need that. As of late I've been carving up an old DeWalt 2Ah, I believe, pack to fit a Bauer 20V battery pack to add the resistor and regulator design from the 3D printed adapter version for a tougher heavier duty injected molded design.
