DeWALT DW7485 zero clearance upgrade

Thank you 🤙🏻 there’s a few things I missed out such as the cut outs that allow the Rivne knife and blade to rise all the way up. Good luck with it 👍🏻

Looks great! I definitely need to make one. Great that the existing plate is 12mm too mate, saves a lot of potching 👌

Nice work! How did you cut out the extra slot for the riving knife?

Thank you 🙏🏻 I removed it and used the table saw with the old throat plate on and the the zero insert peice clamped onto the tablesaw bed the opposite way around…next time I’d probably just handsaw the driving knife slot for safety 😅
