Hi, I own one of these and they work really well which I bought after watching some reviews. There are reviews and there are reviews; to avoid getting the battery caught up in the material rotate the head 180 degrees and there is no problem. I rarely comment on reviews, but I have to say reviewers should familiarise themselves with the tool's functions before publishing a video like the rotating head function to avoid catching the battery, and that the waste side should be on the right side to avoid rippling the material you want to use without blemish. Otherwise, what's the point.
