I believe she is taking about the regional hospitals... it’s different from the tertiary hospitals.. Health care system almost same in almost all western countries.. they got a public system and it’s public hospitals not private.. just like medical college hospitals at home big wait list.. I worked in Dublin for about five years in one of the major tertiary hospitals and I lived it... we had 32 patients in one ward..
