I thought about buying there, but the massive POA fees turned me off. It was just too much to pay. The only people that can afford that are somewhat wealthy people.

It can be tough as a second residence. Full time, it's like a lifestyle fee... golf course or country clubs provide recreation~ Dewees has nature protected in perpetuity.
