If not forever52 Go for LA girl , Kay Beauty . These are hydrating & non- drying . And forever52 isn’t too matte this gives good finish and coverage. I am using this for my brides and in my makeup videos.

Makeup enhances, not hides wrinkles. So, i won’t suggest any foundation for that. Focus on good skincare and hydration for a smooth base if you have dry skin.
