Does the transfer of manufacturing from Germany to Malaysia have anything to do with the quality issues?

Great interview, but from my experience, by default the Dexcom support handle sensor errors / bad sensors in the same category as "goodwill" and count those against you. I guess you'll just have to fight that battle with their support when you hit the limit. While I think G7 is more convenient than G6, there's a lot of people on the Dexcom Reddit complaining about the G7 sensor wires coming out of the insertion needle during shipment (you can actually see this before attempting insertion - it will 100% fail). I would imagine the failure rate of these G7 sensors will be much higher than G6, and it makes me question whether the reason for this policy change is as the CEO stated in this interview... I personally think they will continue to purposely miscategorize replacement requests as a way to increase their rejection rate and cut costs.
