Just bought my first Betta in 40 yrs. After watching all your videaos, I am ready to start breeding them. 40 yrs ago I ha successfully bred one pair. The male ripped half of the side off the female. I read somewhere that you could take her out and put iodine on the wound and it would heal. It did with no problem, but finding small enough food for the babies was my downfall. Your videos showed me all of my mistakes, taking the female out early enough, and hatching Brine Shrimp to feed them and everything about the timing of getting the parents out and when. Feeding the fry, then putting them in a grow out pond. I am ready to try it again. Thank you for what you told me in 7 videos. Can't wait!

I think the floating plants are water lettuce for those wondering. I personally use dwarf water lettuce and they work great! Make sure to wash your plants before you apply them!

Cayenne W don't put them directly together cause the male can kill the female put the female in to a bottle or a glass cup so the male can see her and wait until the male will make a bubble nest and the female will want to go to the male , Let them spawn and get the female out of there because the male becomes jealous about the female and can kill her after 2-4 days eggs will hatch and after they will start to swim freely you need to remove the male This is how I breed them
