This video shows basic gameplay of "Blue Blade" game for Dezaemon 2.
This is my second try of playing this game and I finally could reach the second stage !
What is Dezaemon 2 ? It is a shooting game designer application for Sega Saturn. More than only playing shooting games, Dezaemon 2 allows to design your own one !
Note : Dezaemon 2 game data are too large to fit in Saturn internal backup memory. As a consequence, backup cartridge memory is required in order to create and/or play user-made games. If backup cartridge memory is not available, it's however possible to select between 3 built-in games to play.
Main purpose of this video is to show how this game looks like. This video was taken without any prior training, hence only the beginning of the first level (or sometimes until the opening of second level when I was lucky) is captured.
And, I used a quite cheap "composite to USB" acquisition cable in order to take this video, which gave poor results regarding color depth and/or compression artifacts.
