Interesting that the Bialetta was from his mother's side of the family. It's probably the biggest selling pot, but (IMHO) inferior in every way to the Alessi

Please stop using 430 (18/0) stainless steel. You don't need to support the induction cooker, don't let the perfect product become bad. I just want to buy the old version of 9090. I don't want a product that will rust.

On their website it says 18/10, which is the highest grade rust-free
