The system does not work. It doesn't provide time slots to choose from so one cannot proceed (Cebu Office). In other branches I noted a week fully booked, all the other dates no time slots provided even for later months and years!! And it's shocking to read in Facebook groups where FIXERS promoting DFA assistance and services, where the upload photos of released documents and where they sell time slots! If time slots were already assigned to fixers, no wonder there isn't any available for private individuals to secure one. I thought the Duterte government has done away bureaucracy and corruption in the Philippines. Nothing has changed. Mentality is still the same. It's sad... And it's a shame.

Alam ko na po ang sagot..ngtanong ako sa consular officer, pwede pala..kung ofw ka,need lng kumuha ng SPA with notary from embassy, then ipadala yan sa representative kamag-anak mo man kukuha o kakilala, plus photopy of your gov't id with yoursignature..ang representative mo naman ay mgdala ng valid id the time mgprocess nang apostille

Ang ibig mo po bang sabihin yung embassy dto sa abroad dun ako pede pumunta para kumuha ng SPA with notary from embassy? Bale kasi yung kpatid ko lang pag aasikasuhin ko sa pinas eh. Saka ung ducoments ba dapat ung original tlga. So need ko pa ipadala trough DHL or any courier kung sakali? Sana masagot po. Salamat.

Hirap mag appoint dito. Pa Palit Palit na ako ng device kasi akala ko Yung device ko may problema. Hindi gumagana Yung selecting ng date sa appointment like kahit saan mo pa e press. Di gagana. Full na ang July so sinubukan ko sa August Yung walang mga markang non. Na stress ako masyado.

However i encounter the same problem when selecting the last part (Step 8) "the scheduling of the DATE & TIME of APPOINTMENT"...you mentioned in your vlog here, click first the year but yet that is only workable for the DATE of BIRTH. Please advise as i have been searching this for the past week. I really need the apostillation urgently. Note: Few months ago I managed to settle my documents apostillation because walk-in appointment was implemented. But this time i have no other option than the online appointment.
