Loved your mention of the Ralphy-Christmas-Story moment regarding character meet & greets. You should do a whole video on how to handle character meet & greets. There was one time about 20 years ago that my wife and I took our 2 year-old daughter to Disneyland. Pluto, one of my FAVORITE characters, was doing a meet & great near City Hall & the Fire Station. Pluto. That’s important. For some reason I was having such a good time and we were all so excited that I kept telling the character “We love you Goofy! You’re the best Goofy ! You are so awesome Goofy!!” The crowd kept saying “Pluto!” Louder & louder and even the character kept pointing at his nametag PLUTO on his collar and still my brain was in la-la-land and I was not getting it. I just kept on going for a full 1-2 minutes calling Pluto Goofy before my brain and mouth finally got reconnected and I figured out the epic brain-cramp I was undergoing. I apologized, told Pluto how he was my favorite and that it was just temporary insanity brought on by my excitement. It’s been more than 20 years now since that incident and I STILL get teased about that by my family. 😂

I once saw a couple of girls maybe 5 and 7 who wanted to try on (or buy) princess dresses in a store. Mom and dad wanted to get going. It turned into a full-fledged battle where the parents were physically slapping the kids around and all four were screaming at the top of their lungs in public. Everybody in that family needed to leave the park and take a long nap at the hotel, but probably nobody would leave because they "wanted to get their money's worth'. Sad situation, and an unhappy family not enjoying their time at a very pricy park.

Just to say that human ashes are absolutely not a biohazard. There's no reason anyone would need a special suit to clear them up. 1. Anti fungal cream is also a good idea. It may sting a little but it goes a long way towards keeping things from getting a little too ugly. 2. This is why its a good idea to consider emergency gift cards. You never know when that random card could end up being a life saver. 3. This is why some times it wise to have solo time. This is a brief time where family member that are old enough will split off to do stuff they want alone. Its sort of a stress release that soon or later all of us need. 4. Headphones and white noise generator ie rain storm audio can cover up even the loudest of sounds next door. Just remember to go bluetooth instead of corded as you do not want to choke in your sleep. 5. A sense of humor is always a plus in various situations. When in a super long line I joked that I thought this was the line for the bathroom. When test track broke down I joked that maybe one of us would have to get out of the ride and push. Humor always brings levity to awkward situations. 6. Always beware when the lazy river is full. I call this bait bucket lines. Its like thousands of squirming fish all swimming in a big bait bucket. Fish have no rules. Fish have no etiquette. No boundries. The same is true when there is too many people in a lazy river. Avoid this if you do not want to be driven mad by rude tourists or kicked because some fool wants to treat the lazy rive like a swimming pool. 7. See number 3. 8. This is why salt or seasoning shakers are nice for spreading ashes instead of dropping great grand mama's ashes on the ground like dust pile you swept up with a dust pan. Sprinkle a couple here and there and its hardly noticeable. Dump a big old dust cloud of ashes will only be a mess for someone else to clean up.

When I'm in a hotel I sleep with an ear phone playing a podcast in one ear, an ear plug in the other, and an ear mask over my eyes.

Disney’s newest animated feature, SWAMP CROTCH, in theaters this summer. Rated R for RAW! 😂

We just got back from Disney Sunday morning, Its been a long 12 years. Although it was AMAZING & MEMORABLE for my family. I have to say that Disney has lowered their quality of Cast members. I remeber 12 years ago that every cast member was always happy - very nice & never ever sensed any attitude from cast members. But I would have to say this time around about 30% maybe 40% of cast members were not so pleasant. Even at the start of the day @rope drop on a ride - cast members looked miserable & didn't want to answer question. I can understand maybe after 6hrs of a shift their "nice/happy/Disney" attitude wears off - I totally get it. But at rope drop start of the day. Other than the attitudes we encountered - it was great. Expext to drop a total of 10-12k for a family of 5. It's atrocious how expensive Disney has become. Just my 2cents.

I landed at the airport and went to pick up my rental car, normally don’t get one but I had point’s to use. Well, turns out my drivers license was set to expire the following week during my rental so they wouldn’t rent to me. My own fault.
