Hi Aj and crew! I was just wondering if you could do a video on best gluten free food in Disney world. I am heading there with my family and one of us has celiac disease!
@alyoung60886 жыл бұрын
2 adults with food sensitivities among my 9-member extended family went to WDW last summer & they had no problems finding appropriate meals. One even says Disney is the best place for people with food sensitivities! When we made advance dining reservations, the webpage had a checkbox to identify our group as having guests with food sensitivities. All full-service & quick service locations either had a staff member completely knowledgeable about the food ingredients or had a special menu already printed. One location regular menu couldn't accomodate one of our diner's needs, so the executive chef came to our table, spoke with her, and suggested a specially prepared off-menu entree & sides. Snack stands & carts may not have items that are appropriate, but there are many stands & carts around with varied menus, so you'll find something. Nobody does dining magic like Disney!
@bluescity16 жыл бұрын
My sister has a gluten allergy and she could find something to eat everywhere we went. She actually said it is the easiest vacation she has had with a food sensitivity. Disney World is very accommodating (ask for their allergy menu). With that being said she enjoyed some things better than others. She dreams of Erin McKenna's Bakery at Disney Springs and Coral Reefs Wave Cake. There is also one snack cart per park that is vegan/allergy friendly (aka fruit, chips, vegetables, etc). I would highly recommend Pecos Bill in Magic Kingdom it is a family favorite for us (for quick meals). Table Service (aka sit down) meals are amazing with any allergy because the chef will come out and special make anything you want!! I hope you and your family have the best vacation! Have a magical day sprinkled with pixie dust!! :)

Thanks for the helpful tips on CS for breakfast. Last time I went i focused on lunch most of the time but there were a couple times we ran late and missed breakfast so I was able to use a couple dining credits on breakfast. Using them at BOG was definitely a plus because the prices were pretty steep!

This is really great info! But is the Mickey Face waffle in the Contempo Cafe not a Snack Credit? At Be Our Guest for breakfast would you still need to book a table or would booking one put you in a table service breakfast (and different options).
