I don’t know where you got your information, but you got several things wrong. First, the galley is normally open on this route. It was possibly closed due to a staff shortage, which has been a thing ever since Covid. Second, there have been several other terminals that have been remodeled in the last 40 years, including Bremerton, Kingston, and Edmonds.

The new terminal is so terrible. Miss the old one.
