Like it or not, fouls ARE a part of the game. There is no question that sometimes you can’t stay in front of a player on defense. Everybody baller has been in that situation. You have to adapt. When it’s a team playing, you switch and hope that help comes. When it’s 1v1, you gotta do whatever it takes as long as nobody is at risk of getting injured. Bumps, holds, push-offs… that’s all a part of it. I can’t believe DeAllen was that composed through all that smack talk. Sometimes, that’s what makes the difference. Respect! ✊🏾👍🏾

@@johnnguyen6469 I’m not disagreeing with you. J lew focus is more on his craft. J lew is making excuses about fouls and not complaining about deallen not moving his feet, but reality basketball is a very physical sport. He should lift weights. @@StretchDub it seemed like DeAllen started being more hands when he went down in JLew’s eyes (which he was right about). Still have to play through it. It sounded like someone on the side said something and JLew heard it and it riled him up. On top of the handsy way DA was playing him. Just got to him but I for one enjoyed it. Basketball is competitive. It be like that. Some trash talk others don’t. It’s s styler/preference. Doesn’t make anyone less of a man or more of a man in the process. Do we forget how Dev trash talks? How about Cel vs Kenny? Sometimes it’s to fire you up or take you to another gear. If it gets toxic so be it as long as it stays on the court. They gone talk about it and it’s gonna be all good. They’re men at the end of the day. Cooler heads will prevail. Not just because DAllen, but JLew too. It was never gonna go further than ball. Respect to both for leaving it on the court.
@StretchDub2 жыл бұрын
@@they.m.o.podcast9974 well said! Now I'm wondering if Jlew getting "riled" up hindered how well he could have played towards the end. I personally feel like he plays better when he's calm. And yeah so many other KZbinrs out there smack talk like crazy. Even Kobe did it to his own team during practices. I guess most of just weren't expecting it from J. Respect for sure!
