LSK was never all that... prime or otherwise, he's not top tier. Top tier are Friga, Dev, Bdot, Tre, Jay, Marcelas, AJ, JLaw, Hoop and Life, Filayyyy. People always bring up his SneakerCon games, but Tre already summed up pretty well why those aren't reliable in terms of showing how good of a player someone is.
