MOTOSCAN APP TUTORIAL PART 3- FAULT CODES - CODING

Hi Steve greetings from Australia went and bought motoscan with the pro level and an obd link lx watched you video part one for about 12 times could not get it to work it would say rest OK but service light still on so after 3 days while looking at part 3 or 4 went to motoscan and had a look at FaQ on connecting it said your obd must have 4.0.0 or higher when i looked at mine it was 3. something so i updated all good went to service reset pushed the button all was reset OK and clear. could you please let people know about this to help our fellow bike mates cheers and thanks for some great stuff straight to the point with no stupid loud music take care and thanks. 16:38 Interesting to see sensitivity in the alarm settings, I find that my alarm from factory has such low sensitivity that I can take it down from the center stand without setting off the alarm, making the alarm useless in my opinion. Maybe I will experiment with different sensitivity settings.

Hi Steve, firstly excellent videos thanks for that. Just wondering my instrument cluster on my bmw r1200r broke so i bought a second hand one to replace it. Problem is that a couple of the lights on the lcd are always on as i do not have the hardware on my bike. With the setup you have is it possible to deactivate the lights. Thank you 😊 n advance

18:56 I wonder if there is a way to set the fuel warning to come on slightly later. On my F900R the total range is ~170 miles and the fuel warning comes on the display at ~50 miles of remaining range, I'd really prefer that it not come on until ~30-35 miles of range.
