Empire is the best of them all, Revenge is the best of the prequel trilogy. I like the sequels and Rise of skywalker is my fave out of those. not everyone likes those though but, I don't care lol.

Episode I is really underrated, It has some really cool stuff in it, The other movies may be better but seeing as all the original movies are awesome that isn't exactly an insult. I'm talking about the original and real canon movies, not the Disney trash, Rogue One was good but I don't consider it canon.

Star wars is mediocre at best.. Babylon 5, The Orville, Stargate, Star trek - TNG , -DS9,.. heck Galaxy Quest has a better plot line.

@@KarlSanathos comparison is difficult. The original Star Wars trilogy is very much a distillation of tropes and archetypes, a story where polar opposites are in conflict. It is essentially space myth. The Prequels and sequels rather dilute this. The films and series you mention are more nuanced and in their way, more realistic but they aren't aiming for the same effect. Choosing to look more at day-to-day life (albeit at a heightened level of danger) in an SF setting. These things are also subjective. Many people consider your 'even' example, Galaxy Quest to be better than any of the Star Trek films, yet on your list it is the afterthought.
