You must register on the eGCA portal with your 10th marksheet to get the medical examination. There you can also choose the place where you can get it. The medical examination includes following tests: heart (ECG test), blood pressure, lung function (spirometry test), limbs and reflexes, BMI (body mass index), chest x-ray, hearing test, vision test, color vision test, blood test, urine test (lab test values must be normal). But if you want to become a commercial pilot you must pass 12th class with maths and physics.
