I know most people go crazy over UP but Spark is just 1000% completely my vibe. I love love LOVE this dreamy EDM sound. Not even sure what the specific subgenre is called. But honestly, it might be my favourite song from aespa's entire catalogue. How will I cope with seeing it live in March 🫠 I get what you're saying with the potential EDM collabs but I feel like people like David Guetta or The Chainsmokers aren't the right people for the job. Their sound is just a bit too pop. I propose Seven Lions, Sung, Ummet Ozcan, or maybe even deadmau5. A song like Open Your Mind by SaberZ for example. Did you know we almost didn't get an official release of these songs? SM has a habit of producing solo songs for their groups' concerts but then never actually releasing those songs. Kai performed a song called Confession at the EXO tour in 2019 and that song has still not been released. I think we only got these aespa solos because UP completely blew up on the internet. Combine that extreme viral success and the aespa girls themselves practically begging the higher ups to release these songs, and here we are! On that note: SM, where the fuck are the aespa solos from the first tour?? I need Menagerie in my playlist stat!

I LOVE Winters solo. It reminded me for a reason of Winx. Idk why. I LOVE SPARK. All of the solos are so good. For me personally I would rank it : Spark Dopamine Bored! UP I love UP don't get me wrong. I just like the others more. SPARK gave me such a nostalgic vibe and Giselle my beloved, did so well ! I would love your reaction to their first solos. It wasn't officially released but they are Menagerie(Karina's solo and I like it so much), 2HOT4U(Giselle's solo and it is so fun), Wake Up(Ning Ning's solo, it is so good, I like it), Lips(Winter's solo, it is a sweet beautiful ballad)

I think the stages won't be blocked if you use the official live clips released by SM but this was fun to watch! Personally, there's a huge wall between Dopamine and the other songs for me but I genuinely like all four of them. In the case of their previous solo songs though..while I would say Dopamine is better than 2HOT4U and Keep Going, and Spark is my vibe more than Lips..I prefer Menagerie (than Up) and Wake Up (than Bored).

I absolutely hate this approach some MYs are coming with shitting on up just cause it got popular and the other girls solos didnt in terms of korean charts or just the kpop fan community...raise the others without bringing down the rest, all their solos suit them so well individually its what i would expect and its even better that they were given the opportunity to put their writing and creativity in these songs...the "no offense i dont get why it was so popular" is insulting for someone finally trying to write songs that shows more of them just like all the other members, say you dont like it and we move to the other members...up is hip and more of a dance vibe to it of course its gonna be popular and if it was just because its karina then her first solo would have been popping as well but fans loved her approach and writing on this song and many say it suits her, its something i can imagine played in a club same with spark, am no club expert but anyway i hope this thing of the girls writing songs continues and SM doesnt shove it down...dopamine and bored on repeat as well as the newest gigi and haon collab 🤧

Exactly ! There's a reason why so many damn people got into to the song even though the song was not released anywhere officially. Many ppl started doing challenges in Social media and it got into the ears of Gen pop and they loved how awesome it sounded! I'll say that the reason SM even decided to release the solos is bcoz of UP becoming a viral hit and SM wanted to cash in. So, these people should in fact thank Karina for getting the official releases of all 4 and not demean her effort in creating an amazing concert experience

@@Lyf4rMusic exactly and up's attention i also feel like was the push for the solos to be released, others can agree to disagree at least on my part thats what i think and when they were released the streams were so good for the girls since most fans like these solos of the girls more than the previous ones...pick and choose the ones y'all like and we move or else you're waging solo stans to fight in the comments even more cause already members are becoming victims to these solo stans trying to best which member is better..like lets not do that, cause when other member's solos in the future have their moment to shine they'll remember solo stans dragging the other member for doing good on the charts.
