I like to think that the whole arc is a criticism of current Kpop, OOTD is the VillainS album, in OOTD everything was very monotonous, a lot of English, it is the Title Track closest to something that any Kpop group could release today, on the other hand VistuouS is the complete opposite, a lot of Korean lyrics, a song that always changes, very melodic. It's like they're saying that the groups that do something different in K-pop are the ones that really do the industry justice

Yep. It sounds emotional or personal from Siyeon, and seeing the intense scenes during the chorus makes me cry. Don't know why but I've never seen Siyeon go THIS hard which also jolts me up and makes me tear up.

With Gahyeon and the arrows, I also think that the imagery is talking about how the apparent "protection" of the umbrella can fool us into thinking that everything is okay if we only look at something from one perspective. As she turns (a perspectival change), however, you see the incredible damage done behind the facade of flimsy protection. Damage that comes from angles, and in ways, that those who aren't the targets of the injustice would notice or think would happen. Malicious actions that would be unnoticed by those who are outside of the perspective of the targeted.

Yeees, totally love both of these groups, they never dissapoints 😄. And I'm even more excited because 4 of the B.A.P members are making a comeback rn and the album will be released in August. I mean I don't know all the songs yet, but I hope at least one of them will be a song with rock elements or smth, just like many of their songs used to be. I'm glad I understand the VersuS duology concept better now. I liked OOTD as a song but I was a bit turned off by the lyrics because while I love self-love, I don't like bragging about money and wealth. But now I see that that was from the villain's perspective (album was literally called VillainS, also Dami literally said "do you feel like a monster"), but this album being called VirtuouS is from the hero's perspective fighting for justice. I love it!

There are a few songs that touch me so emotionally and musically that I get tears in my eyes every time I hear them. For example, Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd, Psycho by Red Velvet, Deja Vu by DC and now Justice. I've heard the song at least 15 times now and my eyes water every time. These women are so epic and I love every single one of them. And Yoohyeon is the love of my life anyway. 🥰

I think i'am one of the biggest fans of dreamcatcher of the planet i like them since day one. and it's one of the rare groups that has, for me, an almost perfect discography. There are very few songs that I don't love. 95% of their discography is incredible. and I am in adoration before all the members. 2 of them JIU and Yoohyeon are 2 of my favorite idols of all generations and genders. but I must honestly say that their last comeback was average for me OOTD didn't thrill me like the rest of DC's title tracks. but with Justice they return to what they do best, this title is incredible. I have already listened to it several dozen times today, in my car, at work and at home. I hope this comeback will be a success. i love them way to much

In 'Boca', that's Yoohyeon with the Bow in the 'Earthly plane'; she shot herself. Her own 'spirit form' got hit in the 'Astral plane'. Basically saying, if you are going to bully and troll people, you can wind up hurting yourself.

the scene with Jiu chained made me think of the scene in Rose blue where Dami is chained, there is a bit of Déja vu in the general atmosphere and a bit of Boca, the girls are magnificent and the chorus slap.

8:25 actually it's more similar to Sua on Rose Blue. I think this concept have two side inside us which is good and evil. ootd you mentioned being proud of yourself and you do what you want that's good side . but what you doing will do bad to other people still it's not a right thing that's evil side. The crown it's like portrait of yourself. On last corus siyeon (red outfit) get the crown and gahyeon shoot the crown on the MV maybe they are the evil side together both good and evil fight for the right thing. Because there one more person on last scene that represent the other side.

Great song. I'm happy 😊 Story-wise, I didn't get much more than "they finally destroyed the crown = justice" 😅 But, someone mentioned there might be a parallel between the members of Dreamcatcher and THE SEVEN HEAVENLY VIRTUES. And I think she might be onto something. Well, so far, I got: - The album is called "Virtuous", and "Justice" is one of these virtues. - The virtues are embodied by angels, and Handong looks like one (even more than normal 😊) - The angel of justice usually wields a sword, aka the sword of justice. For example, Tyreal in the Diablo games. And Dami has a sword here (hell yeah!). But might also very well just be about the one virtue, justice.

Vocally speaking, most of the vocals are pop style. Unlike many K-Pop songs, there isn’t an attempt at making the singers sound more mature with vocal fry. For those of you who don’t know, vocal fry is the popping sound you’ll often hear at the end of sentences. In some dialects of English it’s considered standard, and in some languages it’s considered a tonal change that’s meant to differentiate words and vowel sounds. But if you speak American English or Korean, this is not a standard vocalic feature - older generations associate it with an attempt to be cool and thus failing, younger generations associate it with maturity or sultriness. Even though both sexes use this at equal levels of frequency, it’s most often associated with (and owned by) women. In K-Pop, I’ve noticed that this is frequently used to sound sexy (Hani from EXID, I’m looking at you; you used this A LOT in “I Love You”.) Dreamcatcher, on the other hand, doesn’t add this quality to their voices, which means to me that they’re working hard on keeping their pitch together as opposed to going for a specific aesthetic in their voices.

Idk, I like Justice already, but when I look back at their old era, wow, just wow. debut with Chase Me, You and I, Deja Vu, BOCA, Odd Eye, BEcause, VISION, BONVOYAGE, VersuS era like a new page of Dreamcatcher. It kind of feel different. Maybe one of the reason was Leez not with us again. But OOTD and Justice really like new Dreamcatcher. OOTD give different Dreamcatcher, and Justice is new but nostalgic. Maybe another reason is, less likely anime theme song than before? Whatever it is, what a journey. I like Justice, but Deja Vu hits different. somehow, I just miss that era after listen to Justice. Dreamcatcher title track is a journey, wonderful journey!
