Wow .This feels great.your appreciation for mas Didi. He will live forever in our hearts. We are from Suriname, A great part of the population has their roots in Indonesia. We are proud of mas Didi since he was able to help us preserving in a way , by or through his music , the original spoken Jawa lunguage of fhe first genaration Javanese people , brought here as contractors by the Dutch. One other reason I feel good is that big part of my familly got the opportunity to bring him here .. even my son got the chance the play the last show in Suriname with him .He participated ialso in the A Tribute to Didi Kempot and he was given the chance to direct one of his greatest songs CIDRO .
