Option A is wrong because of the word "only" , however, both B and C should be correct because according to the rationale : BMP is a test to measure electeolytes,GLUCOSE LEVELS,KIDNEY FUNCTION and liver function. Can anyome explain what makes letter B wrong? thanks in advance

I will give a rough idea about it Applying for the DHA exam for nurses from India is a fairly simple process. The first step is to register for the exam, which can be done online. It is recommended that applicants also use practice tests to get familiar with the exam format. The third step is to appear for the exam on the allocated day and time. Applicants must carry a valid form of ID, their admit card, and any other necessary documents. The fourth step is to wait for the results to be announced. Once the results are released, applicants can use their admit card to check their scores. Those who pass the exam will receive their certificate, which must be kept safe until the time of registration in a healthcare facility.
