File and plot holders are frustrated now, they paid all installments including dev.charges, but still no hope in near future to get possession of the plots. wait for next 5 to 10 years......?

Rates are down due to slow progress they have nothing to show to attract investors and end users even the plot owners and file holders are frustrated. What people will do will a plot if they get it after 10 years.

Dont buy files.buy solid plot.files walai dramai khatam.bahria,FT,dha nai sab ko ghark kya hai. Kuch b nae hona election kai baat..logo kai paas paisai kaha.

What kind of math are you using You said F block 8 Marla = 70lacs sale price + 11lacs development charges = 81 lacs Then F block 10 Marla = 28lacs cost of land + 13lacs development charges + 35 lacs profit = 76lacs. So 10 Marla is cheaper than 8 Marla 😆
