Serves 7 Persons
Ingredients For Dum Aloo ki Sabji
1 kg Small medium potato
1/2 salt, turmeric,Kashmiri red chill powder,garam Masala Powder
4 chopped/sliced onion
1 Tbsp Green Chilli paste
1 tbsp mint paste
1 tbsp ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp coriander paste
2 Tbsp oil
2 bay leaf
2 whole red chilli
1 tbsp whole crush garam Masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 grated onion
2 tomato grated
2 tbsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
Pinch of asafoetida
Salt as per taste
1/2 Cup Hung curd
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
1 Tbsp fennel seeds powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Cashew and poopy seeds paste
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp mis masala
1 tsp kasuri methi powder
1/4 Cup Khoya
1/4 Cup Tomato ketchup
fresh cream
Garnish with fresh coriander,slit green chilli, sliced ginger and fried onion
