Deggi Mirch Powder= 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Salt= 2 tbsp
FOR THE TADKA
Oil= 2 cup
Bay Leaf= 4
Black Cardamom= 4
Star Anise= 2
Green Cardamom= 6
Cloves= 8
Black Pepper= 1 tsp
Onion= 700 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste= 4 tbsp
Water= 3 liter
Coriander Powder= 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder= 1 tbsp
ONION TOMATO KA MASALA:
Desi Ghee= 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds= 1 tbsp
Onion= 300 gm
Green Chilly= 8
Tomato 500 gm
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tbsp
Satl= 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
