Repetitive dialogues, I personally think you should work on following strategy. 1. Have script and speak to owner and educate people about the story of restaurant or dhaba. 2. Involve people who are eating at restaurant and interact with them. 3. Explain why that restaurant is better than other places in that area and review it out of 10 If you continue with same Amul butter and repetitive things you'll be out of business. Just my 2 cents.
