Dhaka Fish
Boneless fish 300 grams
Marinade:
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Oregano/mix herbs 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp while marinating
1 tbsp before frying
Add the fish and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature
Before frying
Add 1 egg
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp all purpose flour
