You should strain your rice, and throw some water on it and let it drain ,and put it back to steam it good fir your husband medical issues. He don't need salt in his food Mes Dash is very good for him, it will take some time for him to adjust to his new life, he sound good in his voice, there are lots of cardiac ,and high blood pressure diet out there. I am happy to hear your voice, I would love to see your face.
