I used to listen to Pappu sain and Jhura sain in the courtyard of Shah Jamal some twenty years ago. Are any of the dhol players in the video related to them? The dhamal used to take place every Thursday evening. I will be grateful for any information. Thanks.

The melody line in the start is very near to the Punjabi song called ‘Sada Chidiya da Chamba’ worth checking its sung during girl’s ‘Vidai’ in marriage in accordance to the Punjabi folk culture. Hope it helped 🙂
