I want to make emergency fund in comparison of bank fd with respect to at least bank return,amount safety , liquidity , withdraw easy and instant and to save tax. Is arbitrage fund good??

Not clear at all. If u have 1 cr. Put 30L to sscs. 10 L or less to swp, 30L to mutual fund to beat inflasion and rest 30L to fd. Then it will be a balanced plan. Pray to God to save yourself from major illness which spoil your all plan. Be happy mentally.
