Great interview. Just a minor query. Why is UK Subsidiary (which contributes almost 500 Cr out of total topline of 950 Crores) Audited by one Mr. Raddi Siddiqui LLP, and why when they are consolidated in India, still they are reviewed by some Bhayendar based auditor called Ramanand & Associates (whose surname is coincidentally also Gupta). Cant we have more robust audit processes for such a material subidiary. [PWC has mentioned in consolidated Audit Report of FY 20 that they have not Audited revenues of Rs. 457 Crores for FY 19-20.] Would be great for clarity!

Thanks Varinder for helping investors understand the Management side of the story. This is what differentiates Omkara from 100's of other channels out there..What I could gather was that they have a very strong Moat, with global clients giving preference to them plus the biggest advantage is the tectonic shift of Digital medium...this will surely work in their favour..Good to have clarity on Hotel businesses and other investments made by the company. Seems the company has a focused vision for the next 3-5years. I would like to see them expand in India market. Winning this market would improve their market share, price & investor's confidence.
