Wow, I just went through this… PD said “I’m gonna use you and your gifts for as long as what’s wrong with you embarrasses me, then I’m going to let you go.” And yes my own Father hated my gifts, and told me to tone down my speaking of Jesus. Thank You Lord for the gift of discernment. I’m sorry sir I cannot do that. I have interceded for so many people, and because of my obedience and my willingness to say yes Jesus, there are people who are still alive and well, cancer gone, out of comas, there is no way I will tone down my Jesus. He is the Waymaker. Although He may not approve of everything I do, He loves those people enough to use me to help them, That’s my Jesus. He loves them that much and He cares about them that much! He is this and that not just this or that. Although you may be under the leadership of a lid, never lose sight of the Umbrella, stay close to the Vine, and close to the Roots, remain covered under His wings for in due time He will make all things beautiful. You are going to be ok. Never lose faith.
