Dharma Classes Every Tuesday | SMD School

At SMD Boarding School, Dharma classes are held every Tuesday after the regular academic sessions. Students from class 5 to 10 join the class, and typically last between 45 to 60 minutes. The class is provided by two monks from our teaching faculty, Gen. Lopen Tenzin Rinchen and Gen. Lopen Tsultrim Norbu.
The Dharma class begins with a 10-minute meditation session, and the current focus of the teachings is about the "Thirty Seven-Fold Practice of a Bodhisattva" authored by Ngulchu Thogme Zangpo. Our Dharma teachers express satisfaction with the students' participation and interest during each sessions of the class.
