धर्म को धारण करेंगे, अपने जीवन में स्थापित करेंगे, तो ही सही माने में सुख शांति मिलेगी। इसीलिए धर्म को संप्रदाय से दूर करेंगे।
भारत की पुरानी भाषा में कुदरत के कानून को ही धर्म कहा और वह तो सार्वजनिक होता है।
मन में कोई विकार जगाया तो तुरंत दंड मिलेगा। इसीलिए धर्म का पहला कदम है सदाचार का आचरण।
जब अपने भीतर देखने लगे तो पता चलेगा कोई भी दुराचार करने के पहले मन में विकार जगाएगा और विकार जगाएगा तो तुरंत व्याकुल हो जाएगा। भीतर देखेगा तो पता चलेगा मेरे दुख का सही कारण मेरे भीतर है, बाहर नहीं।
और भीतर देखने के लिए धर्म का दूसरा कदम है समाधि का अभ्यास, आनापान का अभ्यास।
